Synopsis: A black comedy, Burn after Reading tells the story of Ozzie Cox (John Malkovich), Chad Feldheimer (Brad Pitt), Harry Pfarrer (George Clooney) and Katie Cox (Tilda Swinton). Ozzie Cox (John Malkovich) is a veteran CIA agent, who is afraid of getting fired. He writes about all his assignments and puts it in a disk. Unfortunately, he leaves the disc at the gym. Later, it was found by Chad Feldheimer, an employee of the gym. He along with his boss, Lida Litzke, who is desparate for plastic surgery to rejuvenate her love life, plan to blackmail Cox. Harry Pfarrer is assigned to recover the disk. He is having an affair with Ozzie’s wife Katie Cox.
