Lindsay Lohan says her dad is a "public embarassment"

After the news of Lindsay Lohan’s girlfriend, Samantha Ronson, writing a book came out, her father Michael Lohan alleged Samantha Ronson of using Lindsay Lohan. In return, the actress said that her father is a “public embarrassment” and “bully” in her blog. Later, Lohan’s publicist, Leslie Sloane-Zelnik confirmed the post. Lohan also wrote:

"If you have something to say to me, say it to my face — that's what I have believed my whole life — don't be a coward and say it to others first, let alone all the media in the world,"

For a long time, the quarrel between Lindsay and her father has been under media scrutiny. In her blog post, Lohan wrote that despite his misdeeds, she wanted to make things work in the hope of having a father again but people were right about him that he had not changed yet. This time he would not get his daughter’s support.

Lindsay also said that her father is addicted to fame. If he had really cared about her, he would have respected her wishes. She said that Ronson and her mother would never sell her out. On the other hand, Samantha Ronson in her My Space blog posted her reactions against Michael’s comment. She said that Michael was “desperate” and “out of control.”

Meawhile, Lindsay Lohan’s uncle, Paul Sullivan had been sentenced to one year and one day in prison. He claimed that his company incurred lost post 9/11. In addition, he has been ordered to repay government agency loan worth $646,000. He was also accused of obstruction of justice.

Lindsay Lohan's gradfather's death and Michael Lohan's engagement to Erin Muller

Lindsay Lohan’s paternal grandfather died on August 28, 2008. He was 73 years old and suffering from colon cancer. Lindsay's father Michael Lohan said that his father’s death was the reason he kept his engagement low profile with his longtime girlfriend, Erin Muller.In his statement, Michael Lohan said that his father died in his arms. He also said:

"I notified all my kids and my lawyer notified Dina's attorney. Let's see if she has the decency and respect to bring my kids to the wake and funeral. THIS will show her true colors!

"Thus, not even a call. But that's par for the course with Dina! She didn't even send a card or visit when he was sick."

Erin Muller who is half the age of her boyfriend, was seen wearing her new ring during the Mercedez-Benz-Bridgehampton Polo Tournament in New York.

Michael Lohan said that they have chosen a ring but it was not official. Michael Lohan also said that Erin Muller has a great family and he loved her dad. The couple is planning to get married after the family issues are resolve.

Earlier this year, Michael Lohan received allegation from another woman named Kristi Kaufmann of fathering a daughter named Ashley Kaufmann, who is 13 years old now.

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson's mothers meet over dinner

Though Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson denied of being involved in any serious relationship, the ongoing incidents point other ways. News reports said that Samantha Ronson was a bit nervous after meeting with Dina Lohan but Lindsay was ‘pretty lively’ with Ann. For the occasion, Lindsay wore her signature transparent tops. Rumors also spread out that the “Mean Girls” actress is thinking of converting to Judaism to be close to her girlfriend.
