A law major, Realmente Bella 2008, Miss Carolina Dementiev Justavino loves all kinds of outdoor sports. She owns a small real state business. Her proudest moment was, when she won Silver Medal in a regional swimming competition representing Panama. Sharing her unique experience, Miss Carolina said that she always liked working with children, teaching and coaching them in modeling class. Carolina is a very hard working girl with great sense of responsibility and she is always willing to go the extra-mile to achieve her goals. Interestingly, Carolina had to win a reality TV show 'Realmente Bella 2008.' This is actually a beauty pageant. To market the pageant in a new direction and to increase TV ratings, producers of Senorita Panama Beauty Contest changed the name. In this 8 week reality TV show, 10 established models competed for Realmente Bella 2008. The crowning of the pageant was also held behind closed doors.
